I struggled with whether to add a Pisco myself. I’ve only started drinking Pisco Sours myself in the last month or so, but I do loves them. I left it off in favor of the insanely expensive Johnny Walker Green because, well, Kaiser said free refills!

2. Eagle Rare 10 yr
3. Hendrick’s gin
4. Noilly Prat dry vermouth
5. Cinzano sweet vermouth – I’m willing to be convinced about the Vya
6. Puerto Vallarta reposado
7. Cointreau
8. 1982 Chateau Margaux, or 1976 Chateau Lafite, or similar
9. Perrier-Jouet, flower bottle, any good vintage
10. d’Yquem, any good vintage

I could definitely live with your 10 bottles too, though.

If I could still drink beer, I’d add a magic bottle of the Munich-style lager I brewed from scratch in 1994, that would automatically refill itself when it was empty. That was the best beer I’ve ever had.

There has to be something better than Cointreau for an orange liqueur, right? I struggled with not including one.
