It was through Wayne's book that I found the El Presidente, which has become my go-to for any aged rum. I've had the MacArthur Cocktail once, I really need to revisit it. Do you feel that the Zacapa is absolutely the way to go with the dark rum or would something like Zaya or even Coruba be a better fit?
