I was about to pose some smartass question like "If you dream of the wrong 19th century event while mixing it, do you bruise the gin?" and then I saw the previous comment and I was all "Holy cow! Columbine Quillen. You bartended briefly at what was then my favorite bar in Denver: Dazzle. And your pops is still my favorite Colorado columnist."

I can't wait to try it. I used to live in Iceland and they have some of the best water in the world, it is fresh with a tangy clean flavor. It can only improve on the gin which sounds delicious with coriander, licorice, and orris root. Furthermore, the best licorice in the world comes from Iceland, so what better than a gin made with Icelandic spring water to have licorice root in it.
