Clover Club
I finally broke down and bought a cocktail shaker (my previous shaking method involved a pint glass and a tupperware lid). I’ve been meaning to order a Boston shaker since I can’t seem to find one in stores. In the short term, I got an inexpensive number from the world market.
To break in my shaker, I wanted to try a drink that incorporated egg whites. I have at least been smart enough to know I shouldn’t try this at home with my makeshift shaker method.
